We accept returns within 30 days of placing your order.
Halloween costumes are not eligible for return or exchange after October 17, 2025.
All returns are issued gift cards. Gift cards are sent to the email address on the original order and never expire.
- Items must be unworn and unwashed with their original packaging and tags
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- We are not liable for any returns that are lost or stolen while in transit
- Once your return has been delivered to our facility, it can take up to 7 business days to process
- Any products marked “Last Chance” or “Warehouse Sale” or with prices ending in .98 are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange
Any items returned that are not eligible will be discarded and your return gift card amount will be adjusted accordingly.
